Once a customer places an order the API automatically provides us with the details about the package like shipping date, pricing, location etc. Now our intelligent system will find the best logistics vendor for you.
Now you can log in and see the details. You can choose preferred vendors for yourself or you can let us find the perfect match for you. Once you select the vendor a tracking Id is generated for you. All you have to do now is just paste this tracking Id on the package and give it to our pickup guy.
Once we receive the package we will ship it to the customer. You can track the package via your dash board. You can also configure your API so your customers know where their package is.
Once the package is delivered you will be notified. If it is a CoD payment we will transfer the funds to you at the earliest. You can monitor the status of all your orders and their payment status on you control panel.
