AVNbiz.in is an eCommerce Service Providing company wherein we provide all kind of backend services which are essential to do ecommerce business to top eCommerce as well as Teleshopping companies in India.
There are different pricing plans to cater to partners who are start-ups to large retailers. We charge on per transaction basis. Prices are standard for all companies, discounts on prices are offered on the basis of volumes given by the Ecommerce or Teleshopping companies.
Yes, we enable our partners to track their shipments in real-time through our shipment tracking system. Customers can track the shipments through our website or through vendors website.
Our delivery hours are from 9 am to 9 pm, 6 days in a week, we don�t Deliver on Sundays.
We only deliver products that are ordered online or through Teleshopping medium and are permissible to be transported legally under the jurisdiction of law i.e. The Indian Postal Act.

Goods are only delivered when you are available to receive the shipment. We co-ordinate with the customers over phone and finalize the time of delivery, we confirm the order details and ask them to be ready with the payment. 3 attempts are made in 7 days period from the date of 1st attempt made.

Cash On Delivery is a service which allows you to pay at the time of delivery in cash instead of having to pay online while placing the order. In selected cities we do provide with Card on Delivery Service wherein you need to swipe your card at the mobile POS machine when you get your ordered product instead of Cash. Cheque is also accepted if the Vendor company allows you to pay through Cheques.
No, as per our policy, we do not allow opening of the shipment packages before we collect the payment. Only exception to this are cases when our partners explicitly instruct us to allow this.
The customer is handed over an invoice containing the purchase and payment details along with the shipment.
For any cancellation of the order placed the customer needs to get in touch with the company he has placed the order with.
